My only complaint is they usually take 20-30 minutes to call me back for my appointment. Other than that, good care. I love Shannon the NP.

Michal was amazing! By far the best midwife visit I’ve had since coming to the office.

Michal Wright is the absolute best midwife! She is so easy to talk to and super informative about all aspects of pregnancy and managing gestational diabetes. I feel so lucky to have had her guidance through my first pregnancy.

Upon my arrival, signed in and checked in providing license and insurance. Waited 45 minutes while everyone before and AFTER my arrival was taken to patient rooms. Was finally noticed, still pacing in waiting room, and asked if I was still waiting!?! Check in nurse was abrupt and quite frankly not friendly. However, when finally seen by Ms. Hughes, she was utterly fantastic. She listened intently to my concerns and addressed all of them thoroughly and completely. Left appt. very aggravated with staff, but would return again only because of Ms. Hughes fabulous bedside manner and knowledge she shared during appt.!

Such a beautiful place, very welcoming and everyone is so nice and friendly it makes the nerves go away

I absolutely love this place and love that being given all the facts up front when it comes to informed decisions for safest for me and baby. I am super grateful for being listened to and not sugar coated on how my body is or how something will turn out. Being up front and honest is huge for me and they really give 110% to me.

I was told my insurance was covered before placing the appointment only to find out after that it isn't. Also, the consultation did nothing. No labs ordered or anything, just giving me info on the process and giving my history. The appointment was definitely not worth the $125 I was billed because the consulting physician acted like it was just intake paperwork and anything that mattered would be done at a later appointment.

I really loved my midwife this visit.
