Super easy and convenient! I was impressed with the scheduling technology and with virtual visit technology. It was so easy to schedule an appointment. I loved being able to book the appointment two hours before the appointment start time! I thought I was going to need to select something weeks later and thought I would need to come to the office.

I would like to have more support and encouragement in my decision to have a vbac.

I feel like Stephanie doesn’t really listen to what I have to say more or less like she wants to put in her notes to get paid. I don’t know. I don’t like being the guinea pig. Just trying to get medicine to help me feel better.

My sister went through Diana Health in Cookeville. She only had positive things to say.Previously used an OBGYN in Lebanon, TN, was not treated well and that is what sent me searching. Very pleased with Diana Health and their efforts.

It was clear that the other line was AI and I do not appreciate that. It also took extremely long when all I wanted to do was check when my last appointment was which they couldn’t figure that out and then schedule a new appointment which took way too long.
