The availability of a virtual visit was convenient but the level of service and care from Rebecca Turner was useless. She provided no valuable support, information, or guidance. Please go back and watch our visit. She had nothing to say, didn’t ask me about my current lifestyle, routine, habits, that might be affecting my endometriosis. She had no interest in creating a personalized plan to slow down the reoccurrence of endometriosis. I had to run the meeting by asking questions instead of the provider being curious about me as an individual. When I told her I didn’t want to be on birth control and asked for other recommendations, she provided a blanket answer that I should try myo-inositol without asking about my current supplement routine or anything else. Didn’t care one bit about me as an individual and my personal experiences with endometriosis. The worst part is, she was nice enough and I didn’t feel rushed but she provided absolutely no value to the conversation. It was almost like she didn’t have any actual knowledge about the illness and only knew the answers she was provided from a script she had memorized. I asked what causes endometriosis and she said “we don’t know,” that was it, no additional info or a possibility or research to suggest option one or option two, etc., NOTHING. I have learned more from social media and my own research than this provider even cared to pretend that she knew. As a clinic who advertises a more holistic approach, I expected more, and instead I got less than I could’ve received from a traditional doctors office. Her job is to provide care and be curious, she gave me nothing useful and essentially wasted my time and money.

The doctor never told me that she wouldnt be at my birth. Nobody told me it'd be only midwives. I waited 4hrs in triage laboring naturally (after I came in bc my water broke and I waited 12hrs at home). Another women who was inducing went back before me which made zero since bc she wasn't in labor yet but somebody made that choice on your staff. I wanted a natural labor and they forced so much pitocoin down me that it was unbearable and I had to get an epidural and ended up in a c-section. They gave me morphine then after birth a case worker came in asking why I had opiods in my system. One nurse would be sweet about pain meds and another would treat me like a drug addict. The entire thing was horrific. Leading up to the birth (the in office care) was fine minus the fact nobody told me it wasnt going to involve the doctor I was seeing every appointment.

I had my first visit with Dr Barry Grimm. As we were talking and i was listing my concerns I was very unimpressed with how he seemed to be in a rush. I'm sure he did have other appointments waiting but that should not affect the current appointments care. To me, it seemed like he was just trying to get through this appointment and to the next instead of being fully present. Also, I was supposed to have a dating scan at my appointment, but it was canceled so now I have to make the trip to Diana health again next week. I don't know who canceled it but I wanted that scan for a reason even though I had one from a different provider. I do not feel confident in the measurements the other provider took so I wanted a second opinion from the practice I want to continue my care with ( diana). I am looking forward to meeting the midwives and getting the rest of my questions answered.

My only complaint is that with Diana Health itself. I get daily notifications for upcoming appts weeks away. I don't need a reminder daily.
