I have had really long wait times at a few of my appointments and several canceled appointments because doctors were called to the hospital…I appreciated the staff at Diana health and felt very heard and listened to.I did not love my experience at stone crest but went in the middle of the night so I didn’t get the Diana health staff.

The CNM refused to accept my medical history (all documented by diana health) and instead wanted me to repeat tests I have already done. She even sent a prescription to the pharmacy for an over the counter medicine which they do not carry. My medical request was low cost and low risk however she decided she knows best and now my issue is prolonged until I can come in for an unnecessary and inconvenient physical visit. She also told me it isnt possible for the cream I requested to be reformulated into a different base, that is absolutely untrue. Would never ever recommend her to any human.

I do love Diana health, but it seems like lately I have been getting different answers from each person I’ve met with and I’ve had several appointments just to still not have clear next steps.

While talking to the AI person over the phone it did not understand my question and kept telling me the same answer. I finally had to ask to speak to a real person. Once I was able to speak to a person, he was wonderful and was able to help me easily. I would give the person I spoke to 5 stars, but the AI only 1 star. I’m thankful I was able to get to a real person who could help me.
