As someone with a lot of medical trauma, I felt like there was a lot of care and attention to making me & my husband feel seen and heard during our appointment. Though the appointment was short, we did not feel rushed and felt Dr. Graham was thorough in making sure our questions were answered. :)

They provide excellent service, and I'm glad that whenever I have an appointment, I receive very good attention.

Beth is the best! She took the time to listen and didn't dismiss my feelings. She explained everything in a way that I could understand. I hope that my in-person visit goes just as smooth and that the Doctor will be just as compassionate as Beth was!

The appointment was great, better than I expected. She was very informative and gave me options and I was able to get refills same day.

I have a couple suggestions: I was stuck in the waiting room for an hour waiting for my appointment the other day. I understand things get busy and unpredictable but it would have been easier to bear if the music wasn’t on one repeat song the whole time. It was the same melancholy notes over and over. Crazy making. Also it would have been really nice to have some tissue boxes sprinkled around because I was a mess after having gotten back from the perinatal group ultrasound with bad news. Otherwise I really appreciated the compassion and detailed professionalism of the staff. I’m back to receive care from you all since my last birth was also such a good uplifting experience thanks to the staff across the board. Love you guys.
