I needed to talk to an actual person, but was not given the opportunity. The automated messaging is not user friendly. I ended up hanging up without a resolution to my question.

Please go back to using zoom. I have had several issues with my therapist and several technical difficulties which makes sessions impossible and we have to do it via phone call. I absolutely adore LaJoya and the whole team with Diana Health! We just have had several issues with the new video calling method and none of our visits have went smoothly since this update.

I have tried to contact someone in billing three times without success. The third time I left a message for Admin to call since I received no response from Billing. The representative that called back yesterday afternoon said she couldn’t help and that she would make an urgent request for someone from billing to call me. I still have not received a call. I am disappointed with the service and professionalism overall from Diana Health.
