There is a big billing issue. I checked my insurance claims and there’s claim was never filed for my 4/8 appointment. I was told I now have a collections balance and this is incorrect.

Visit was extremely rushed and started late, provider spoke extremely fast and hurried, and I just didn't feel confident in the options I was given. It felt like it was up to me to decide what I wanted to do and not what the physician felt was the best option for me. I needed more guidance and was hoping for a deeper dive into what is going on with my body. The recommendation for upping BC and trying a SSRI without asking other medications that I'm currently on felt like bad practice and dangerous. I won't be back.

I’m pretty sure the appointment was handled by AI. I was trying to book an appointment different that May 1 or May 8, but there didn’t seem to be an option for other appointments. So booked one and will just carve timeout of work.

I’ve called a couple times and no one has called me back. Not happy with your automated system since it has yet to get me in touch with a real person.

It did take multiple attempts to get to someone that didn’t transfer me, but when I told the last person that she helped me.

I don't like voicemails, especially when dealing with busy medical people.

I never got a call back.
