I had a virtual visit with Elizabeth Tyson and it was truly a great experience. Even though it was over video, they made me feel heard, respected, and supported the entire time. They listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the next steps.

My visit with Beth Tyson was one of the best in person or virtual experiences I have ever had!! She was attentive to my needs, problem solved to find a solution that benefited my particular need, and had the sweetest and caring attitude. I really enjoyed my visit with Beth. I would HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone I know. I can’t thank her enough for all she did for me.

The virtual visit was excellent. My therapist is phenomenal. However, the access to the virtual visit is not great. Every time I have an appointment, I must confirm a few days before and verify my information, that is fine. The day of my appointment I am sent a link for the appointment and sent through the same exact verification process I had done for the confirming of the appointment. This process is frustrating and time consuming. Sometimes I am even sent through a survey before I am directed and allowed access to the telehealth waiting room for my provider. If a patient has already confirmed and verified the appointment days before then The actual telehealth appointment link should take a patient through to the provider waitingroom after a brief verification challenge question or providing an access code password or number. The extra time spent reanswering already verified information is extremely frustrating and delays treatment.
