I would love for someone to follow up I couldn’t get a real person on the phone and left a message days ago.

This is my fourth pregnancy, but my first time using Diana Health as my provider. My partner and I both feel that this is the best experience we’ve ever had. Everyone from reception to physicians to midwives and ultrasound. Tech operate with such care and kindness. We are truly grateful for you all.

The AI bot was kind of difficult, had to repeat myself. Once I got to a person I’m not sure if she actually cancelled my appointment or not. I didn’t get a confirmation email

She was very helpful, but of course I was trying to make a payment. I had tried to make payments several times and was directed to office, the office said I had a credit and could not accept my payment. There had been a lot of confusion for a couple months, but I was able to make payment over the phone.

I think Jessie (surgery scheduler) has to be the most kind and patient person I have ever talked to at a doctor's office. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
