Its very hard going through a new experience but the virtual call made the perfect ice breaker. I was able to comfortably ask from my safe space of my home. Im sure the facility is just as welcoming.

The doctor was great and caring.

I was having issues with my medication, and within two hours of our telehealth visit, I had received and taken the new form of my medication, and felt immediate improvement. Thank you so very much for the speed and efficiency of care!

I arrived at my appointment at 10:00am (appointment was at 10:15am) and checked in. I waited and waited and waited. At 10:45am I decided to approach the receptionists desk. I stated that obviously there had been a miscommunication, that I had been waiting for 30+ minutes. I said that I would like to reschedule and that I would like to not be charged for today, since I had arrived on time to my appointment. The receptionist stated that there was not much she could do. I could continue to wait or reschedule. I said that I would like to reschedule. She said that she had availability for the next day in the morning. Just as I was about to reschedule, a nurse came out and called for me. I decided to go ahead with that day's appointment - since I was already there. I mentioned to the nurse that they were running very behind. She said that there was not much she could do. The doctor was seeing a patient currently, but that I was next on her list. She showed me to my exam room. I waited another 10-15 minutes. The doctor arrived and again I mentioned that my appointment was scheduled for 10:15am...it was not 11:05am. She said that there was nothing she could do - that she doesn't make the schedule and that they schedule her every 15 minutes, but patients need more time than that,

Caring provider. On time. Didn’t feel rushed and left the appt with a good understanding of my plan of care.

I needed to talk to an actual person, but was not given the opportunity. The automated messaging is not user friendly. I ended up hanging up without a resolution to my question.

I thought the counselor made a very unprofessional comment about my child given the current relationship between the father and I.
