The provider that was assigned to my chart, did not have any idea of why I was being seen, she questioned my decisions, as if they were not what she would choose. I did not feel seen or heard at my appointment. The provider was very condescending in her questioning and answering towards me. Every bit of information I provided to the provider she had following questions with a direct tone that was not considerate to what I was going through. The provider even asked me if I was seeking mental counseling because of the stress I was under due to this specific concern. It was very unprofessional, and I was very offended leaving the appointment. after having blood panels drawn, no one has went over my laps with me at all. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. No one has given me direct instruction to get to the root cause of my issue and also the overall tone of the appointment was very unprofessional.

The response time to return my call was 3 days. I had to talk to Mandy which the. She directed me to someone to talk to. The next day I had another person call from the billing department. This showed me not only lack of communication between the patient and the facility. But also B within the facility.Overall it should not have taken me 3 calls on different days snd 2 messages via the app for someone to call me back.

I called and got an AI bot. I was told I would be called back but bever was. I called the next day and chose different options to get an actual person. She told me I had to call my insurance. Diana Jealth never helped me or answered my questions.

I love Dr. Sizemore and my overall experience with the team but I really think there should be some sort of flags on patient charts for pregnancy situations like mine where baby is not well and no expected to live. My last two visits I’ve been asked uncomfortable questions by staff that aren’t aware and it’s very stressful. It doesn’t need to be specific information that would be HIPPA noncompliance but just any sort of flag on my chart would be good.

The PA or NP (I don’t remember which, I just remember not being able to book w an MD) seemed disinterested, very poor affect. She offered a low dose birth control several times after I shared that’s not my first path for resolution. I was supposed to receive an order for bloodwork and an ultrasound, and neither came through (or I don’t know how to locate them, which means it wasn’t clearly conveyed). I’m looking for a new MD office.

There is pressure for pharmaceuticals even before results came back to determine a treatment plan.
