Having prior experience with a horrible OBGYN provider, I was nervous. But I felt wonderfully taken care of and left the visit with a plan. First time I had felt supported in a long time

Please go back to using zoom. I have had several issues with my therapist and several technical difficulties which makes sessions impossible and we have to do it via phone call. I absolutely adore LaJoya and the whole team with Diana Health! We just have had several issues with the new video calling method and none of our visits have went smoothly since this update.

The virtual visit was so easy and convenient!

I have tried to contact someone in billing three times without success. The third time I left a message for Admin to call since I received no response from Billing. The representative that called back yesterday afternoon said she couldn’t help and that she would make an urgent request for someone from billing to call me. I still have not received a call. I am disappointed with the service and professionalism overall from Diana Health.

I like Diana health because the service is god

It was hard to find the link. I got so many text leading up and then none on the day when I wanted the info.

I wish I could have my follow up appointments texted and/or emailed to me after they are made.
