I am on my third pregnancy and very nervous due to previous losses but I don’t feel like my concerns are being brushed over and are actually taken seriously. I am validated even when it feels silly to go and reassured that nothing is silly or a waste of an appointment

Billing department needs way more organization! I paid for an ultrasound and then I get a bill AGAIN for the exact same amount a few days later. When I checked in on it, there was NO RECEIPT on file of me paying for it, and I had to send my proof of payment. I shouldn’t be doing your job for you. I highly advise creating a stronger system for this! The practice is fantastic and I love everything Diana health is about for women, but if you’re gonna continue to grow and see more clients, billing needs to be way more locked in.

Yes, you sent me to collections for a bill which you were not charging to the correct insurance information. I had been on the phone with you several times to have this situation rectified and the last I knew it was being taken care of then I find out in February that you sent me to collections, even though we were in the process of getting the coding worked out when I tried to call and discuss this with you, I got some AI machine. I left a message and no one has contacted me back. This is in violation of the. Fair debt collection practices act.

The provider on the call was not friendly. She was also pressuring me at the end to share my information from my current provider who I’ve had one appointment with and insinuated I was “shopping around” for care. I was genuinely interested in seeing Dr Sizemore and learning about switching, but wanted to do more research about the hospital. Overall, did not like my experience with Beth and found her to be rude.

I had a simple question that I asked about in the app. The person responded back that I could set up a virtual apt to discuss.I rushed home and had to find someone to pick up my kids, all for someone to get on the call, seem irritated that I had made an apt for something so little (let’s be honest, I was irritated too since it was such a simple question), and literally be on the call for maybe 5 minutes IF that.My question could have been answered in the app. But we had this 3 ring circus for nothing.I normally love Diana Health and recommend them to everyone, but this was stupid.

I have called 3 times now and was told I would receive a callback and I still have not received one. It’s been almost three weeks.
