Tessa listened to all of my concerns and made a very clear plan for diagnosing my issues and possible treatment options

The AI chatbot got all my info asked me who I wanted to see confirmed Dr Sizemore and then would not stop trying to schedule me with some other person. I asked for a person then I got stuck in a never ending loop that kept bringing me back to the same menu until I finally said I wanted billing.

Pretty terrible experience. It took a long time and I ended up not being able to do what I needed. Just to make a follow up appt! Very annoying, I’ll avoid calling in to make an appt again

Kimberly Collins is a very good listener, and she is not afraid to compassionately lean in when she needs to, and hold me accountable. She gave me actionable tools I can use right now.

There is a big billing issue. I checked my insurance claims and there’s claim was never filed for my 4/8 appointment. I was told I now have a collections balance and this is incorrect.

Visit was extremely rushed and started late, provider spoke extremely fast and hurried, and I just didn't feel confident in the options I was given. It felt like it was up to me to decide what I wanted to do and not what the physician felt was the best option for me. I needed more guidance and was hoping for a deeper dive into what is going on with my body. The recommendation for upping BC and trying a SSRI without asking other medications that I'm currently on felt like bad practice and dangerous. I won't be back.

I’m pretty sure the appointment was handled by AI. I was trying to book an appointment different that May 1 or May 8, but there didn’t seem to be an option for other appointments. So booked one and will just carve timeout of work.
