Everyone was so nice and helpful

I was so glad I was sent a follow up message! That helped so much!

Beth is the best! She took the time to listen and didn't dismiss my feelings. She explained everything in a way that I could understand. I hope that my in-person visit goes just as smooth and that the Doctor will be just as compassionate as Beth was!

The appointment was great, better than I expected. She was very informative and gave me options and I was able to get refills same day.

I have a couple suggestions: I was stuck in the waiting room for an hour waiting for my appointment the other day. I understand things get busy and unpredictable but it would have been easier to bear if the music wasn’t on one repeat song the whole time. It was the same melancholy notes over and over. Crazy making. Also it would have been really nice to have some tissue boxes sprinkled around because I was a mess after having gotten back from the perinatal group ultrasound with bad news. Otherwise I really appreciated the compassion and detailed professionalism of the staff. I’m back to receive care from you all since my last birth was also such a good uplifting experience thanks to the staff across the board. Love you guys.

I appreciated the nurse’s care. She was warm yet professional. I felt she cared about my health and well being. She asked questions and listened. My provider’s tone, however, made me uncomfortable. She kept calling me “sis” or “girlie”. I brought up concerns to her and she quickly gave me a generic answer. She did not ask questions or take the time to know more. She did not give me multiple options for treatment. I felt she was trying to “upsell” me by quickly stating she’d refer me to mental health services. While I appreciate that Diana offers this - I think providers need to be VERY careful and thoughtful. We are so often dismissed as our pain being a mental health or “head” issue instead of something physiological. I felt very dismissed by her and her flippant, casual tone didn’t help. My provider didn’t understand the type of procedures I had. She kept saying “endometrial ablation” when I said endometriosis surgery. I also had difficulty booking online. I tried to book a well woman exam and it put me through as an acute concern. My provider was able to switch me but it did take some back and forth.

Dr. Sizemore is always wonderful and gives the best care and attention to his patients!

The appointment started late due to some emergency prior. But i felt rushed and brushed off like she was just trying to make up time.
