Hannah was great. Very kind and knowledgeable. The visit felt a bit rushed though and sometimes it was hard to share what my symptoms are because it seemed like she wanted to wrap up the visit

I saw Beth Tyson and I have never felt worse after an appointment ended. She was so dismissive and I honestly felt mocked throughout the appointment. She didn’t listen and she didn’t fully read the detailed visit reason I put. Multiple times, she said “I’m just trying to figure out where the problem is because everything you’re saying sound like good things.” She was basically smirking a majority of the appointment. She said well there’s no reason for you to come to the office for us to look at or examine your vagina because there’s not anything we can do for you from our side of things. She was also in a gym or fitness center and that just doesn’t seem very HIPAA compliant, especially when you discuss looking at my vagina and clitoris multiple times, and not exactly being quiet about it.

My issue was resolved by the in-office staff the day of my appointment; two days after my original call.

While AI can make processes better, this process was not quick nor easy and there was a long period of no interaction. After ten minutes, I attended to go through the process online again and was able to schedule the appointment. Removing the background noise would be beneficial as well.

I waited in the lobby for over an hour for my appointment while also listening to the reception talk about patients to each other while others could hear I also have waited on my labs that were drawn the beginning of the month now the month is almost over and I still have yet to hear anything back. The office canceled an appointment and the proceeded to try and make me pay for it as they said I was a no show which is incorrect.

Tessa Stewart was so thoughtful, considerate and willing to work with me on finding the right test. She made me feel seen and encouraged in this pregnancy. I felt true sympathy for my miscarriage and like I had someone truly in my corner helping me to run tests to find anything that could prevent another miscarriage. I just really appreciated her demeanor and gentleness towards me.

Mrs Tyson was very nice, informative, and answered all my questions and concerns. Very pleased with my visit.

Super easy and convenient! I was impressed with the scheduling technology and with virtual visit technology. It was so easy to schedule an appointment. I loved being able to book the appointment two hours before the appointment start time! I thought I was going to need to select something weeks later and thought I would need to come to the office.

I would like to have more support and encouragement in my decision to have a vbac.
