The care I actually receive is always great but the inability to communicate or securely manage appointments with constant schedule changes has really dampened my experience. If it weren’t for my husband being so set on using you all I would be finding alternative arrangements. The office had me feeling like I mattered my first pregnancy and with my second I feel like a number.

Ultrasound and appointments have all been great. Love Diana Health. My ultrasound was pretty close to appointment time but the appointment after and previous appointment I’ve had to wait for almost an hour to be seen.

Here are my two biggest pieces of feedback:- There was only one receptionist working the front desk and you definitely need two. There was a line both checking in and checking out. Took us about 10 minutes to check in and 15 to check out and the room really isn't designed to have a line so it felt awkward and uncomfortable- Our actual visit with the NP felt very casual. For a first visit, where you advertise longer appts and conversation, I didn't feel like I left more informed of the practice or knowledgeable of my situation

I found Diana Health when I reached out to a Women’s Facebook group, searching for an office that would approach healthcare through a cultural humility lense. I’m so happy that a Diana Health team member responded to my post and recommended the practice. Over the last three years I have had a wonderful experience each visit. Most recently we are navigating a unexpected first time pregnancy and Dr. Sizemore and team has been a guiding light through each step of the way. From the reception desk, ultrasounds, labs, it’s all a seamless process and everyone is so kind. Everyone is always available to answer my questions and offer additional details if I’m not quite understanding something. They are living out their mission each day, and I am truly lucky to be under their care.

I think overall I felt pretty rushed. Immediately in the appointment I was told I could only talk about well visit or sick visit concepts. I understand the insurance issues that make that a roadblock, but I felt like I couldn’t even mention that I was having any issues. The person I saw was a bit short with me about everything. I bled during my Pap smear and at first I was made to feel like that’s incredibly abnormal and would likely be an issue. When she saw how stressed I was she kind of walked back that answer and told me not to worry about it. I am going to come back and give the office another try, but I don’t think the person I saw was a good fit for someone who is not looking for pregnancy.
