Alyssa the ultrasound tech was extremely rude and inconsiderate. She was not friendly whatsoever and seemed irritated that she must do her job. Erica the CNM immediately told me I must have a cesarean since baby was breech. The staff didn’t even know why I was there for an appt and I am 36 weeks pregnant. My experience

Healthcare has been superior, but I feel like I’m being overwhelmed with the marketing/social media/calls/follow-ups etc. A primary concern I had with my visit was trouble sleeping, and being bombarded with calls and texts from your clinic starting at 8 am is not helping. I work nights, so morning calls are not conducive to my sleep or hours. I would add an option somewhere in here to be contacted during preferred hours. Otherwise, very (if not TOO) helpful, thorough and accessible.

The nurse told me I needed to reschedule my Nexplanon insertion for later because my period was late. I finally heard back from the doctor on Tuesday morning (I first asked on Thursday) that I didn’t need to reschedule. Now I’m having to scramble for childcare for the new appointment.

Perhaps they are more focused on pregnancy concerns than gynecology care.

Provider Tiffany Crisostomo was unprofessional, insensitive, deliberately unhelpful and flat out rude. Left in tears, wish I had walked out sooner. The unkindness was shocking.
