The systems need to work together. It made the appointment difficult for provider to see my records from the other office within Diana Health. Also, when I go through the precheck in, it didn’t record my insurance information.

The virtual appointments are fine for most things, but I like having in person visits if possible so we can check baby with a Doppler. It eases my anxiety to know baby is alive and well, until he is big enough that I can feel his movements.
