Why wasn’t my insurance billed instead of me??

Yeah Medicare is denying the last claim because the person you had me see is not Medicare approved. From now on I only want to see a doctor that is Medicare approved. I like going here it’s just a billing thing.

Felt very personalized, not rushed, through and gave me the opportunity to discuss my needs and get feedback better than I could have gotten in an office. I felt seen and heard.

The doctor complete dismissed my concerns and even though I am not taking a specific medicine and I told her as such, she refuses to acknowledge that my insomnia is caused by anything other than that medicine that I haven't taken in 3 months. I will never use this place again. I felt invalidated, worthless and dismissed in my conversation with her. I will no longer be seeking any mental heath help because she proved that doctors absolutely do not listen to their patients, ever. I had high hopes this experience would be better and was completely let down, invalidated and dismissed entirely. Shame on you for calling yourselves mental health professionals.

I arrived late due to being pulled over on my way in. I came in about 10-15min past my appointment time, but was not able to check in right away because there were other people being helped ahead of me. So I stood and waited for maybe 5-10 more minutes before being able to check in with the receptionist. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30, and I sat and waited in the lobby until about 2:10-2:15 before I was called back. The midwife asked me if I had any questions and I told her I had a list on my phone. She said that if I had a list then I needed to come to my appointment on time. Her tone and her comment surprised me and made me feel uncomfortable to talk with her, so I kept my questions as quick as possible. I was done within 15 minutes and left around 2:30pm. I think her behavior was unfair and unprofessional. Even though I was late, I told her that I had been pulled over and apologized for being late. Also, even when I come to my appointments on time, it is not uncommon for me to sit in the waiting room for 20-30min after my appointment time to be called back. So, it seems to me that there are often many patients and the staff can be busy, and perhaps that day was also very busy. But I do not appreciate her taking out her frustration on me, were that the case, and I will ask to not be scheduled with her for future appointments.
