Stephanie was just not very kind. She also refused to refill my prescriptions even though they are part of my currently taken medications and my OB knows I’m taking them. I feel like all the sudden withdrawing from two different anxiety and depression medications that I’ve taken for over 4 years is more harmful than prescribing them.

My Virtual Visit was with Erin Faggot. I really enjoyed talking to her about my concerns. She listened and provided me a couple different ways to move forward with my care.Best of all is that she also works in Cookeville TN which is a closer commute since we moved in October 25.

I’ve had mostly positive experiences at this office — the staff and nurses have always been very sweet and kind. However, my recent appointment with Suzanne was extremely disappointing.I am early in pregnancy with a history of two back-to-back miscarriages, so I came in needing clear communication, reassurance, and accurate information. Instead, Suzanne told me that progesterone testing is “only covered once a year,” which is not true. My insurance covers repeat labs when medically necessary, especially in early pregnancy or with a history of recurrent loss. When I asked about repeating my hCG for monitoring, Suzanne responded with a remark like, “if you want to get poked again,” which felt dismissive and completely lacking in compassion. It made me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience to her. Everyone else in the office has always treated me with kindness, but Suzanne showed no empathy or sensitivity toward someone going through a high-anxiety, high-risk early pregnancy. My most recent miscarriage I asked for a full blood panel and she said insurance won’t cover it until my 3rd miscarriage which is sometimes true but she didn’t even try. I asked another doctor there (can’t remember her name) and she ordered it for me!! So thankful for her and guess what insurance did not charge me!I left my appointment feeling unheard, brushed off, and unsupported — which is the last thing any patient, especially one with previous losses, should feel. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and ensures all providers show the same level of compassion and accuracy that the rest of the staff does.

I was very unhappy and disappointed with how things turned out with having my baby. I went in for an induction and they decided I had twins and so I had a c section..only to discover they were all wrong about the twins and there was only one baby. There was a string of things that happened after the c section that wouldn’t have had to be if my baby was born naturally..my baby ended up having to be transferred to another hospital and ended up in the nicu.. I am really disappointed and disgusted with Dr Amanda Haney. She didn’t show her face to me afterwards or own up to her huge mistake! I also don’t appreciate how the nurses at Diana health seem to get a joke out of it about the twins… it’s absolutely NO joke to me and my husband but it was an emotional rollercoaster and we’re supposed to think it’s funny??? ! No way! We are going to be filing a formal grievance against this hospital and all the extra trauma they put us through unnecessarily!
