Diana health has so much potential to be a leader in how OB providers should operate. However, there is a huge lacking in the area of communication. As a patient I have been left in the dark often. Trying to figure out what protocols are or when things are happening. . I have had to advocate for basic information that should be explained by staff in the beginning. And the most unacceptable part is that you use an answering service instead of having a direct line to the office. This has caused serious issues including not being able to contact staff during an emergency when the phones where down

Not about my virtual visit but I had a well visit and lab work done sept 19 and have not heard anything since. They even called me in a Rx but still no phone call or explanation on anything

The only thing I got flustered about was downloading the zoom app. I didn’t know I needed to download that until it was like time to start. Other than that everything was perfect
