The waiting area is a little cluttered. I was not informed to disrobe after leaving a urine sample.

Always nice and do good work

I could hear the staff talking outside the door about how I didn’t need to be on the schedule because Dr. Byrd was running late for a surgery. My appointment felt very rushed and I felt like my situation wasn’t taken seriously.

I did not mind talking to the automated system however, the background noise of other people talking was very irritating, especially seeing that I was not talking to a real person.

I don't like to speak to an AI. I love the women that work at the front desk and I feel like you're taking the jobs away. Now how much you try to make it sound like an office it's not! I do not like working with an AI you cannot get everything done to the AI that you can get done through talking to a real person who knows the front desk and knows the doctors!! A real person can go in the back talk to the doctor and say yes we can schedule her now and AI cannot I think you should pull it!!!

The site should have fields for clients to enter, update or pay using insurance, FSA or HSA information.

The AI thing will only give one day of options so if the proposed appointment times don't work you can't get another option. And it doesn't transfer to a person to help, just routes back to main menu and back to AI nonsense. So frustrating. Couldn't even make an appt. Between this and the general bad experiences I've had lately with office staff, I'm just going to find a new office. Which sucks bc I really like Dr. Vance but what's the point if I can't even make an appt to see her?

Diana Health needs to do better. I should have but faced such confusion and incompetence while navigating my pregnancy journey.

Dr. Okoroji and his nurses and assistants are a blessing from God. They have sincere care for the patients. The front office and desk team also are always kind and helpful.
