I have seen Dr. Byrd in the past and have been very satisfied with him. However, his schedule has not allowed me to see him recently and his appts were cancelled on me three times. This is aggravating and ultimately the last appt was rescheduled with a nurse, so I have to make another appt to see him. I also live out of town (2 hours away) and I would like to see more availability for telehealth appts.

The incontenence issue was discussed. Called and made appointment with dr at clinic.She recommended I go to session where different exercises might help. Said therapyFacility never called.This was not a successful experience.

My doctor, Pamela, was incredible! She was kind, caring, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. She was extremely helpful, and I truly appreciated her compassion. The nurses were also very good and provided excellent care.The front desk staff was okay, but they could be a little friendlier and more welcoming to patients.The facility itself could use some improvement. The waiting time was longer than expected, the waiting room felt warm, and there was an unpleasant odor. I would recommend adding a fan to help circulate the air or lowering the air conditioning. Air fresheners or plug-in scent diffusers could also help create a more pleasant environment.Additionally, I noticed the floors were dirty, likely because someone had tracked in dirt from outside. If the nurses or other staff notice that the facility needs attention, they could notify the front desk so the cleaning crew can be called promptly. Keeping the waiting area clean would greatly improve the overall patient experience.

I received great care, but I had a long wait. My appointment was at 9:00, but I didn’t see the doctor until 10:10.

Overall, my experience with my new OB office has been good. The providers and staff have been helpful, and I appreciate the care I have received. My only concern has been the difficulty reaching the appropriate person when calling the office. The hold times can be very long, and it can sometimes be challenging to get connected with someone who can address my specific questions or needs.Improving the phone communication process and making it easier to reach the correct department or staff member would greatly improve the overall patient experience.

I never got to talk to anyone or schedule my appointment. I am going to try online and schedule with who I want to be seen by.

The providers are great. Love seeing Tonya!!! However always a wait. Waited 30 min beyond my scheduled appointment time to be seen.

I came in found out i needed to have a dnc the dragged it on for days then scheduled wrong had me go up there to get the dnc just to say it was scheduled another day I wouldnt dare send a soul here the way they treated me !

My Pap smear was very painful. The speculum was moved 4 separate times and while the NP communicated with me, this was quite a painful experience.
