Not really concerned about my pain

The front desk ladies are always so very nice and the office is great (even though the condom bowls were gone:)). But the room I was put in was a little dirty and offered no wipes/amenities like last time, plus no one told me where to dispose of robe, etc. I thought I was having an appointment with Dr. Byrd, but an N.P. came in (totally fine). She was not knowledgeable about the medication I was on and felt a little judgmental. Would not offer any solutions or answers to my concerns re perimenopause, and told me to try an expensive otc gel (that I know will not work) first instead of just prescribing the right stuff. I’m sure she had reasons, but now I have to come back in three months just to -maybe- get the help I need. Anyway, thank you for the coffee!

The office switched providers the day of my OB-GYN visit without telling me. They assigned a male doctor without my permission to switch genders. I refuse to see a male OB-GYN (if that's what he was) and asked for the original NP initially assigned to me. Extremely unhappy over what I consider to be a monumental blunder by this medical office.

I scheduled online with Maggie but when I arrived I was told I had to see Jai. I should have left then and deeply regret not doing so. I arrived perfectly fine needing only my annual pap. I left bleeding in pain and cramping for the rest of the night while continuing to be sore today.

I had a great experience with majority staff but I will say after addressing a serious issue I had afterwards I had started to feel like I was being treated poorly due to me speaking up.

The wait time I had to wait to see a doctor was terrible. I don't think that I will continue my services there.

I simply don't feel as if I was heard.

Didn’t pay me no mind , no attention to matter and didn’t even send in the medication that was discussed. Feel very dismissed and unheard

The wait is always too long..1 1/2 hours before I see Dr Ramsey
