Loved the new feel. Rating based soley on wait time. Arrived before time/on time (2:30pm), didn't leave until 4pm. Went back at 3:20pm.

The waiting room was not as comfortable as it used to be. Gave me a feeling of a clinic rather than an upscale/ sophisticated medical office.

It took three weeks to get a refill on a prescription I have taken before for a chronic condition to stop bleeding. I left multiple messages via the app portal and phone. I was bleeding with golf ball sized clots for 19 days. This is unacceptable. And then, I was sent a message thanking me for choosing Diana health for my pregnancy and birth. I have been infertile for 10 years, done 4 surgeries, and 12 Infertility treatments. Currently looking at a hysterectomy. The amount of pain that caused can not be explained.

First, I would like to say that my doctor and the nurse that checked my weight/ vitals were amazing. What made my experience poor was the miscommunication between the receptionist and nurses. My appointment was a 1pm. I was there at 12:57. When I left the receptionist, I asked “Am I checked in?” She said yes. I waited over 45 minutes before my spouse asked the receptionist about how much longer I had to wait as when I arrived it was only two of us waiting. We were told by one of the receptionist that the doctor was running late. I later learned that my wait was not due to the doctor but more of the receptionists failure to check me in and therefore, someone cancelling my appointment while I was waiting. When I approached the receptionists after waiting over 45 minutes, they apparently added me back on the schedule. To make things worse, I also learned that the receptionists prejudged me and stated that I was an inmate. I can only assume that it’s because my spouse is an investigator and was in uniform. However, I was in plain clothes with NO cuffs. I don’t understand why they would say I’m an inmate. My appointment that would have taken all of 30 minutes if the receptionists would have properly checked me in took over 2 hours.

I was checking in for my appointment well within my 15minute grace period. While waiting for the front desk receptionist to acknowledge me my check in time was 16mins, my appointment was cancelled and I had to be rescheduled. I explained I was here but waiting to be seen and checked in and still they did nothing to accommodate me.

Super convenient and easy!

I don’t have anything to add. But my NP was amazing. I just loved her and she listened to all my problems and questions.

Shayla Rae was very attentive to my concerns and I feel like she could understand exactly what issues I’m concerned about.

The dr was very knowledgeable answered all my concerns and was a big help

Love how the dr i seen virtually went right ahead and got my need for an appointment with Dr Ramsey sent over and they called the same day to schedule.
