To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding my appointment experience on May 7, 2026.First, the phone system that is answered by a third party is extremely unreliable and makes it very difficult to receive any type of assistance. It would be far more beneficial if the actual business location answered its own phones to provide efficient communication and quality customer service to its patients.Additionally, my check-in experience on May 7, 2026, was completely unacceptable. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointments at 1:45 PM and 1:50 PM and properly checked in at the front desk. Despite this, I waited over two and a half hours before being seen by my provider, Midwife Tonya Hawkes.After waiting approximately 30 minutes, I approached the front desk and politely informed the two staff members that several patients who checked in after me were already being called back before me. Their response was simply that there were multiple providers and that I would eventually be called. Neither staff member took the initiative to investigate the excessive delay or provide any meaningful assistance.Concerned about the unusually long wait, I later approached another staff member who was calling patients back. She kindly took the time to investigate my concerns by checking my appointment information. During her review, she discovered that someone who checked me in had removed me from the system entirely.As the staff communicated amongst themselves, one front desk employee incorrectly stated that I was late for my appointment. However, the employee who originally checked me in immediately clarified that I was not late, which I personally overheard. While already in pain and extremely uncomfortable, I had to defend myself and reiterate that I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment.The staff member who assisted me informed me that they were contacting Tonya Hawkes and that I should be seen shortly thereafter. When I asked how such a serious mistake could have occurred, I did not receive a clear explanation.This entire experience was overwhelming, stressful, and highly unprofessional. I had also been instructed to complete a glucose test and was required to fast prior to my appointment. Enduring such an extensive delay under those circumstances added even more physical discomfort and frustration to an already upsetting experience.I sincerely hope this matter is taken seriously and reviewed appropriately to ensure other patients do not experience similar treatment in the future.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,Julie Daniel-Morrison

I did recommend a friend too Diana health her first visit she said was horrible dr wasn’t concern just was rushing so he can get her out wasn’t listening too her as she tried to explain what was going on with her self i been seeing ms Paula which been going very good she is a very sweet lady she listen to me she take her time I love visiting with her
