Overall, my experience was very poor. I had three appointments scheduled and I was there at 1 o’clock 15 minutes before my appointment and I waited about 45 minutes past my appt time. I got to see the ultrasound tech, She was wonderful, felt great and fun. After that I was scheduled to have blood work done first and then see Dr. O the ladies at the front desk told me I was actually getting blood work done last and seeing Dr. O second. I waited for an hour and a half past my appointment time to see him which I didn’t get any information out of him. He just confirmed the pregnancy which was obvious, Didn’t ask any questions really and was pretty dismissive. I was then told I was on the schedule for bloodwork and I waited another hour and a half past my appointment time and then the at the very end of the day the bloodwork nurse came out and said she’s seeing one more and then she’s done which I hadn’t been seen yet and I went to the front and they said that for some reason it looks like I had already been seen and so I was the last one there and luckily the bloodwork lab technician was able to get me in, but she was not happy about it and I was there the whole day and there was little communication and no real apology from the front desk. Overall, a very unprofessional experience.

Appointments kept being rescheduled way to often without informing beforehand.

It was an easy process.

confirmed female provider, when i arrived apparently the scheduler was incorrect 40 min in, they confirm doc will be a male& say he's not at the office. 1hr before doc was in the office then had to be examined with speculum and fingers by someone who looks a lot like my childhood abusers also can only app to see test results

Front desk staff were not friendly

I went in for my appointment and I went to check in and the lady told me that they had cancelled my appointment and I received no call whatsoever. There were also other patients this happened to and as a business it’s unacceptable. When I went back for my newly rescheduled appointment there was an hour wait for my appointment

Appt was at 2:10. I was taken to exam room at 2:50, saw physician at 3:25. This is a ridiculously long wait.

The dr was great and she listened to my situation.

The customer service at the front desk and from the staff was commendable, but I did encounter a few issues during my visit. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, yet I wasn’t seen by the provider until 10:40 AM. After a swab and urine test, I was instructed to wait in the lobby for my blood work. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes without any updates. When I approached the front desk to inquire about the wait time, I was told to sit tight and that I would be updated shortly. However, another 30 minutes passed without any communication, and by noon, I realized I had spent four hours at the establishment without completing my full exam. Frustrated by the lack of updates and time management, I decided to leave without undergoing the blood work my doctor had referred me to.

Loved the new feel. Rating based soley on wait time. Arrived before time/on time (2:30pm), didn't leave until 4pm. Went back at 3:20pm.
