Great Staff!!!

The office staff was kind, professional and helpful. The Doctor was anything but. I went in for a family planning appointment, and felt like any and all concerns/questions that I had were completely dismissed and over and over again all we were met with was, “just have sex and get pregnant.” There were multiple times before I could even finish my sentence or question, I got cut off with a very dismissive response. I didn’t listen to or cared for at all, and I immediately told my friend who’s looking for women’s care to not even bother with Diana Health.

I waited thirty minutes to be called back then the nurse forgot to triage me. Then I waited one hour in the exam room before the doctor came in. I spent a total of 5 minutes with her, and then I couldn't even get the procedure I needed.

Never received a call back from the billing department about the error in billing my insurance company

The front desk staff during the 2 interactions I’ve had with them were kind and helpful. The actual medical staff were not, except for the actual MD doctor I was assigned. Due to my current situation I received blood work and ultra sound and both techs were hurried and seemed like they were numb while interacting. Very offensive and off putting. It also felt as though I was shuffled through with no explanation as to what to do as a New patient. All techs and staff assumed I knew. ThankfullyI wasn’t afraid to ask questions and was able to navigate this unfortunate experience because if I was new to healthcare and was a younger patient or even a foreigner, I’d feel worse than what I had felt.

Excelente atención

Almost every time that I have been in this building I have been waiting well past my appointment time to be called back. I have waited upwards up 2 hours PAST my appointment time to be seen. I don’t think it’s fair for us when we have to arrive 15 before our appointment just to be sitting there for an absurd amount of time. It makes it impossible to schedule our lives.

The customer service is zero

I got a next day appointment. The clinician was knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to get my new Rx and start the same day. Thank you!!
