Ultrasound tech didn’t give me clear answers on what she ment when checking my baby fluid I left feeling worried that something could be wrong .I asked the nurse practitioner some questions regarding a prescription tips on how to take the medication correctly she didn’t give me clear answers and gave me a blank stare

My call continuously went through voice prompts to press 1 for English and 2 to schedule an appointment and my calll never went through and an appointment was not made.

I was trying to get an earlier appointment. She had to remove my current appointment to "look" for an earlier available. There wasn't one, then she told me my current already set appointment was gone. So I actually ended up with a later date appointment then when I first called. Ridiculous

The office staff was kind, professional and helpful. The Doctor was anything but. I went in for a family planning appointment, and felt like any and all concerns/questions that I had were completely dismissed and over and over again all we were met with was, “just have sex and get pregnant.” There were multiple times before I could even finish my sentence or question, I got cut off with a very dismissive response. I didn’t listen to or cared for at all, and I immediately told my friend who’s looking for women’s care to not even bother with Diana Health.

I waited thirty minutes to be called back then the nurse forgot to triage me. Then I waited one hour in the exam room before the doctor came in. I spent a total of 5 minutes with her, and then I couldn't even get the procedure I needed.
