No complaints about the staff - the receptionists were delightful and Malyn was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I made my appointment for 8am so that I wouldn’t have to wait. The day before my appointment, I was rescheduled to 8:45 with someone else. I then had to wait 30 minutes to be see. Shocking that a backlog had already built up so early in the morning. My time is important too and I can’t spend thirty minutes just waiting to pay you money.

While in the triage room, the nurse was on her phone with someone while asking me HIPAA protected information. Didn’t really feel like my privacy was respected.
