I had an extremely long wait. I had made the appointment for Dr. George but was told that my doctor was going to be a man. I really liked the Doctor I saw but I didn’t get the The Diana Difference.

Long wait times, poor communication, frequent appointment cancelations. My post op C-section appointment was not good as far as how long I had to wait. I was in the waiting room for an hour and a half waiting to be seen. All of the information they asked me should've been in my chart. They asked the reason I had a c-section, what date the baby was born, if my tubes were tied, etc.

Went to breastfeed and was forgotten, name was called and ultimately my visit was almost 2 hours . I came at 3:50 to still be there around 5:15 was disappointing. Because my visit seemed rushed I didn't feel the need to discuss any postpartum issues I had since my C-section.

Overall, my experience was very poor. I had three appointments scheduled and I was there at 1 o’clock 15 minutes before my appointment and I waited about 45 minutes past my appt time. I got to see the ultrasound tech, She was wonderful, felt great and fun. After that I was scheduled to have blood work done first and then see Dr. O the ladies at the front desk told me I was actually getting blood work done last and seeing Dr. O second. I waited for an hour and a half past my appointment time to see him which I didn’t get any information out of him. He just confirmed the pregnancy which was obvious, Didn’t ask any questions really and was pretty dismissive. I was then told I was on the schedule for bloodwork and I waited another hour and a half past my appointment time and then the at the very end of the day the bloodwork nurse came out and said she’s seeing one more and then she’s done which I hadn’t been seen yet and I went to the front and they said that for some reason it looks like I had already been seen and so I was the last one there and luckily the bloodwork lab technician was able to get me in, but she was not happy about it and I was there the whole day and there was little communication and no real apology from the front desk. Overall, a very unprofessional experience.

Everyone that I have met there has been kind, considerate and have never made me feel silly for asking questions. The front desk, nurses, midwife’s, and doctors always greet you with a smile and take their time to make you feel welcome and seen.
