I tried to reschedule my appointment 30 hours before my appointment due to being sick and I was told that I would have to pay a $50 fee because it wasn't 48 hours notice, so I kept the appointment. I was 15 minutes early for my 1:15 pm as requested. I was called back in a timely manner. After leaning that the doctor that I scheduled my appointment with wasn't there, I decided stay and see the doctor that was there since I drove over an hour to get there. I waited in the exam room for over an hour before the doctor came in after I inquired with staff a couple of times about how much longer? The appointment went well after Dr. Okoroji came in. I felt as though he really listened to my concerns.

The wait time was 1.75 hours. I had an appointment set for 2:30. I was finally seen by the doctor at 4:15.

I wanted to know about an anatomy scan to get a final look at my baby and to see if things were going well in my belly. Unfortunately I was unable to have that done per my request. I feel like that could’ve went a long way in saving my babies life.

Front desk staff were not friendly

They move so fast, as soon as I check in I'm getting called to the back!!! Very friendly staff!!!! I love how they actually are willing to work with you on things like scheduling appointments and preferences!!! Would definitely recommend!!! And HUGE Recommendation For Dr.Byrd!!! Great Doctor!!!!

I went in for my appointment and I went to check in and the lady told me that they had cancelled my appointment and I received no call whatsoever. There were also other patients this happened to and as a business it’s unacceptable. When I went back for my newly rescheduled appointment there was an hour wait for my appointment

I love love Dr. George and followed her from another practice to here…but the staff is lacking, I wanted almost two hours in the waiting room. The staff was having a party in the back and people were waiting to get taken care of up front. I understand staff needs morale boost but having party during working hours is probably not a good idea.

Dr Byrd was great. The medical assitant that did my blood pressure and weight was extremely rude. when asked for the reason for my apt I mentioned it was just an annual and she insisted that I had to have a pap and ''pee in a cup'' even tough i was already on birth control and had a pap not even a year ago. The medical assistant did not care to listen to me and was just rushing me and being rude.

Waited over 30 minutes in exam room and to hear when first go in room with door closed, then doctor yell im not seeing her im leaving. Then for the nurse not even to come back to tell just had me sitting. Completely dont recommend this place. Oh also my appointments kept getting canceled due to people being out of office every appointment
