I love my doctor, Dr George, I have followed her from the time she had her own practice. Ever since Diana Health took over this place has gone downhill. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I waited for an hour in the lobby before I was called back to a room, the lobby was packed, the bathroom doesn’t lock. I’m not one to ever even fill out a survey, but I thought someone should be aware. Considering my going elsewhere even though I love my doctor

The customer service at the front desk and from the staff was commendable, but I did encounter a few issues during my visit. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, yet I wasn’t seen by the provider until 10:40 AM. After a swab and urine test, I was instructed to wait in the lobby for my blood work.Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes without any updates. When I approached the front desk to inquire about the wait time, I was told to sit tight and that I would be updated shortly. However, another 30 minutes passed without any communication, and by noon, I realized I had spent four hours at the establishment without completing my full exam. Frustrated by the lack of updates and time management, I decided to leave without undergoing the blood work my doctor had referred me to.

The only thing I would say is that after finding out you are miscarrying, it would be good to not have to check out and just receive a call later to do the check out process. I couldn’t check out and barely choked out to please just call for anything needed.
