While waiting in the waiting area I observed the staff coming out Rude calling patients name and then saying people were moving slow and they didn’t have time for this behavior. Receptionist had on a multi color hat and would lay her head on the desk when she wasn’t waiting on anyone. The waiting room was over stimulate with so many people and no mask were available with such close contact

I have a few concerns. After my previous appointment I was told by the front desk I would be contacted to schedule my 3 month follow up. I was never contacted. Having to talk to AI to ask my questions when trying to make an appointment. Long wait times in a crowded waiting room. Being brought back and forth between triage, lobby, ultrasound, lobby then back to see the doctor instead of being called once and doing everything. Not being able to pay my copay at my visit but instead getting billed much later.

When I call a doctors office I don’t want to talk to a robot!!!! Put a human being back on the phones. It’s very weird and inappropriate.

I had expressed I had concerns and an issue concerning my visit and overall scheduling experience prior to coming in for my visit. I was instructed to ask for practice manager Haley Hughes upon arrival to discuss my issues and that she had been notified that I was attempting contact. I arrived for my 10 am appointment and was not seen by the doctor until 11:30 am. Not only was I inconvenienced by the ridiculous wait time but, after several messages and attempts to speak with her before and after being seen, Ms. Hughes never attempted to make contact nor did she reach out to me via phone call during business hours after I left the office or the next day. I understand having meetings and calls but to outright and carelessly ignore a concerned patient under any circumstance is deplorable. My overall experience at Diana health from the beginning of my pregnancy to now has been a constant decline and it doesn’t seem as though the staff or admin cares to take constructive criticism or positive change. Every patient should matter and no one should have to endure the ridiculous experiences or excuses under any care.

Use a real human being instead if an automated call.

You guys do not call back, you don't answer your portal, you do not know how to charge clients properly. Charged me 2,000 when im no longer a client there. Your communication between schedulers and clients fucking suck. My experience with everyone except for doctors have been ass. You're lucky that I don't have access to any of the corporate numbers because I would have reported this shitty ass practice.

My husband called to pay the bill for me as I have anxiety, he listen to the call menu and typed in his number to get to the billing menu. Only to be met with an AI, who was not at all helpful or able to do the job. The AI talked my husband in circles, then proceeded to say let me find someone who can help you, great right?, incorrect the AI was so awful it took him back to the main menu, meaning his options were to do this process over again, he then gave up trying to pay the bill since he has better things to do then fight with a poorly built AI that needs to be shut down immediately. Which is a lot coming from my husband who works in tech, and generally approves of AI..but not in this case. Not at all. I would highly recommend you either allow online billing likes lots of places do now a days, OR remove your AI 100%. The experience was awful, hire real people.
