Did not like speaking to a bot for scheduling.

It should not be so difficult to schedule an appointment

It’s unacceptable to use an AI robot to speak to patients without any option to be escalated to a human.

No complaints about the staff - the receptionists were delightful and Malyn was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I made my appointment for 8am so that I wouldn’t have to wait. The day before my appointment, I was rescheduled to 8:45 with someone else. I then had to wait 30 minutes to be see. Shocking that a backlog had already built up so early in the morning. My time is important too and I can’t spend thirty minutes just waiting to pay you money.

While in the triage room, the nurse was on her phone with someone while asking me HIPAA protected information. Didn’t really feel like my privacy was respected.

Everyone has been very supportive and timely.

Need a live agent. My appointment has still not been done.

I had an extremely long wait. I had made the appointment for Dr. George but was told that my doctor was going to be a man. I really liked the Doctor I saw but I didn’t get the The Diana Difference.

Long wait times, poor communication, frequent appointment cancelations. My post op C-section appointment was not good as far as how long I had to wait. I was in the waiting room for an hour and a half waiting to be seen. All of the information they asked me should've been in my chart. They asked the reason I had a c-section, what date the baby was born, if my tubes were tied, etc.
