Diana health is so unprofessional you all have canceled and make me reschedule EVERY appointment I make! I understand shit happens but EVERY time...come on now

Love this office! Love the experience! It’s so easy to have a conversation with everyone. Making appointments is a breeze! Being able to ask questions directly to my provider in the app is amazing! I love it here !!!

Loved the new feel. Rating based soley on wait time. Arrived before time/on time (2:30pm), didn't leave until 4pm. Went back at 3:20pm.

The care is wonderful! I love the nurse practitioners and midwives. But the organization could use a lot of work. We’ve experienced many problems that you all assure will be fixed, only to run into the same problems again.

The waiting room was not as comfortable as it used to be. Gave me a feeling of a clinic rather than an upscale/ sophisticated medical office.

It took three weeks to get a refill on a prescription I have taken before for a chronic condition to stop bleeding. I left multiple messages via the app portal and phone. I was bleeding with golf ball sized clots for 19 days. This is unacceptable. And then, I was sent a message thanking me for choosing Diana health for my pregnancy and birth. I have been infertile for 10 years, done 4 surgeries, and 12Infertility treatments. Currently looking at a hysterectomy. The amount of pain that caused can not be explained.
