First, I would like to say that my doctor and the nurse that checked my weight/ vitals were amazing.What made my experience poor was the miscommunication between the receptionist and nurses. My appointment was a 1pm. I was there at 12:57. When I left the receptionist, I asked “Am I checked in?” She said yes. I waited over 45 minutes before my spouse asked the receptionist about how much longer I had to wait as when I arrived it was only two of us waiting. We were told by one of the receptionist that the doctor was running late. I later learned that my wait was not due to the doctor but more of the receptionists failure to check me in and therefore, someone cancelling my appointment while I was waiting. When I approached the receptionists after waiting over 45 minutes, they apparently added me back on the schedule. To make things worse, I also learned that the receptionists prejudged me and stated that I was an inmate. I can only assume that it’s because my spouse is an investigator and was in uniform. However, I was in plain clothes with NO cuffs. I don’t understand why they would say I’m an inmate. My appointment that would have taken all of 30 minutes if the receptionists would have properly checked me in took over 2 hours.

The whole experience seems odd to me. I’m a 62 y.o. woman that just needs a Pap smear and I do love my doctor but the system seems very “woke”, especially answering some of the sex related questions on the intake form. Also, if I check the box that I have food insecurity or that I have anxiety about crime, the state of the world, etc…..realistically, what is Diana Health going to do for me the fix that situation. Just stick to medical services and treatment.

Coming in to the Diana Health experience made me extremely nervous at first as all of my other kids were born at TMH with the same doctor/team. They retired from labor & delivery and I needed to try something new this time. I heard very mixed reviews & had been nervous, but I must say, I’ve been so pleased with my experience so far. I think moms have to ask questions and advocate for themselves which I have no problem doing. I’m clear on what I want & expect and so far the experience with each provider I’ve seen has been amazing. Thanks to Diana Health for a great experience so far!

I was checking in for my appointment well within my 15minute grace period. While waiting for the front desk receptionist to acknowledge me my check in time was 16mins, my appointment was cancelled and I had to be rescheduled. I explained I was here but waiting to be seen and checked in and still they did nothing to accommodate me.

I was not pleased with my recent visit due to the excessive wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15 a.m., but the waiting area was already full when I arrived. Based on the number of patients still waiting, many of them appeared to have earlier appointments. Unfortunately, I was not taken to the back until around 12:30 p.m.While waiting, I noticed what appeared to be a staff celebration with food set up in the back, which may have contributed to the delay. Several other patients expressed frustration as well, with some even attempting to reschedule before being called in at the last minute.This being my first visit at this location, I found the wait time to be unreasonable, especially since I had planned my day with enough time between appointments. I am not typically an impatient person, but the delay caused my schedule to run much tighter than expected.On a positive note, my experience with Dr. O was excellent, as always. He delivered my baby three years ago, and I was both surprised and comforted to see him again. Because of the care and professionalism he provides, I plan to continue coming here. However, if the wait times remain as they were during this visit, I will need to consider another practice.I would also recommend adding a television in the waiting area, set to a suitable channel, as this could help make the wait more accommodating and worthwhile if delays are expected to continue.

You continuously get the run around from providers, you see a different one every appointment, they never seem to look over or know your medical history, and when you’re so far in and can never get any actual answers it’s very concerning. I would never use this place again and would never recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately I am too far in to switch providers currently.
