I had a great experience and everyone seemed nice and efficient getting me in and getting the samples they needed.

On this particular visit, I didn’t experience the typical wait times but the wait times of upwards of an hour and a half make it really difficult to plan especially for those of us working during the day.I think the scheduling needs to drastically improve. This particular visit was rescheduled three different times and each time it took me about 15 minutes to reschedule. I would reschedule and then get a text saying that the provider I was scheduled with won’t be in the office on that particular day.

It is a clean friendly environment. There are unusual wait times, but it is worth it.

Nurse Victoria was very helpful and answered all my questions in a very respectful manner.
