Ernie is an excellent salesman and help us reach our purchase decision. Our experience was marred by the sales closing process. Our offer was made and accepted verbally. We were instructed to hurry to the dealership because another party was interested in the vehicle. We called Ernie as we left our home during rush hour on a rainy Fridayevening. We received a call while driving on the Marcum bridge that the car had been sold. We returned home angry and disappointed. The next morning we received a call that the purchaser was returning the and exchanging it for a different vehicle. We purchased the vehicle after discussing circumstances on Saturday afternoon. Were are happy with the vehicle. But, it is a terrible business practice to accept an offer and not allow the customer reasonable time to get to the dealership to complete the transaction.
