I like that working with Ernie he is not a pushy person. I felt like he listened to my concerns and cared about what I wanted out of a vehicle and also my financial concerns for myself. I think he was realistic and informative about the process and was very approachable. I think his character as a person shined through in his work. Other times I have gone to dealerships I felt pressured but in this situation I felt it was really more about what I wanted and needed and I feel like I found a really good car that meets my needs and my price range! We worked with Jonny for our paperwork. He supported in making sure we could get the anti-theft plan! Which is helpful too because we shared our struggles with one of our other cars!
