I had a good experience purchasing from Dick Hannah Acura. The sales associate, Ernie as well as his co-worker Brad. They were able to work within the terms I needed, as well as get me approved before I walked in the door. I was specifically interested in a used 2017 Acura MDX. I don' particularly like the games that 'some' dealers play, and Ernie came thru and was able make it work for what I needed. The wife is happy with her "new to her" car. Later, we were pleasantly surprised that some friends my wife knew, also had good experiences with them. There is few dealers in the Portand area I would recommend. I can add this to my list. Our salesman, Will Opsahl did a very good job helping us lease our car. Showed me features on the car and answered my questions. The leasing process was complicated and he asked the General Manager, Maisam Haddy to join us. Mr Haddy was very knowledgeable and walked us through the steps and explained everything. It did take a long time, but we left with our beautiful ZDX and a good leasing deal.
