Man I had a great experience overall at Acura of Portland. Scottie was the rep I worked with and he explained everything very well. Since it was A LOT of information at once, I asked him to walk me through the details again before signing which he gladly did with all the patience in the world. I picked up a 2023 RDX Advanced/NW package and added the clear bra package and front windows tint. My next purchase will be a TLX, Type-S. 🙂

I have never had a particularly bad car-buying experience, but the team at Acura of Portland made this one by far the best.After losing a vehicle to a total loss collision, I was taking my time to wait for exactly what I wanted, a (barely) pre-owned with specific trim and color combination. Lucas worked with me for three weeks to find the perfect car. There was never a hard sell or a “Don’t let them leave the lot” vibe. It truly felt like a collaboration.Once the perfect car was found, we wanted to move quickly; Lucas spent two hours detailing it HIMSELF so it would be in tip-top shape when I arrived. That is but one example of the level service one receives from Acura of Portland.I cannot thank Lucas, Sales Manager Nick, and Gabriel in financing more for everything they did for me during this process. The bar has been raised.
