I HAVE A STRONG AVERSION TO PUSHY AND OBNOXIOUS SALESPEOPLE! Lucas is NOT either of these people. In fact, his subtle, comforting, and genuine approach to service is a refreshing change from the sales staff I've previously encountered. When it comes to one of the best service providers I've come across, Lucas dots all the I's and crosses all the T's. His three most important characteristics are: 1. His sensitivity to the needs of the customer as opposed to his or his company's selfish must-sell-a-car-at-all-costs mentality. 2. His use of real-world story-telling, putting himself and his family in the spotlight. He brings everything down to earth without talking down to or over a customer. 3. His consistent (but not intrusive) follow-ups that demonstrate his genuine desire to assist rather than harass. 4. His endurance. He cares less about getting a customer to decide and buy before leaving the lot and more about the customer making the right decision in his or her own time. Lucas is a breath of fresh air of sincerity and relief in an industry rife with sales tactic insensitivity. This is why I will continue to work with Lucas until we find the right vehicle for me.
