We were treated with kindness, respect and very professional interactions from both Brandy our service writer and Sam the department manager. Brandy's knowledge and understanding of the vehicle as well as how to communicate with the customer is a true asset to your business. Although I've had a few service writers over the past 6+ years, each has done a wonderful job at taking good care of us and including our two oldest children who own Acura's and have the serviced through the same facility. Keep up the good work, we appreciate it.

The service representative we were assigned to was very good. We were extremely frustrated with the treatment we received from the company about the so-called issues my car had. We have had zero issues with it until after we got it back for the dealership. Suddenly there are all these needed repairs.

I have been going to Acura of Portland for years now. Most my cars have over 200k miles and drive great. It is a testament to the brand and to proper maintenance at Acura of Portland. My 1994 Legend had 325k before being hit and totaled or it would still be on the road today. Love Acura and Acura of Portland.
