While it was a busy day at the dealership, once a salesperson Ernie was available and helped us; the process was smooth, transparent, professional. And I have always had great experiences in the past with all Acura's I have owned. Ernie was profession, patient, knowledgeable as was our finance experience with our finance person. I know have his contact info with me to give him a shout out too!

Still enjoying driving my purchase that I almost forgot to leave a review! I'll just start off with this, it's been a couple of years since I've purchased a vehicle through a dealership mainly because of the negative experiences I've had in the past. However, Nick (sales manager) & Ernie (NSX Specialist & Assistant) really impressed me with their patience, cooperation, respect, flexibility, and time management. I purchased a 2009 Acura MDX that I saw on their website and told them I was willing to trade my vehicle in but only if the numbers worked out for the both of us. I was very impressed with the fact that both of them worked really hard to make sure my needs were met as well as theirs. I came in with the mindset knowing that my trade-in was not going to be as much as a private sell and Nick & Ernie knew that too and worked with me on lowering the MSRP to compensate for the price of the trade-in. I believe there was about 5-6 different revisions of the deal until we came to an agreement. However, what really stuck with me during those revisions was the fact that Nick and Ernie didn't give off any negativity during the whole time, and side note, the dealership was about to close when this deal was done. They both respected my needs as well as the fact that I did my research on this vehicle and appreciated that I wasn't trying to screw them over. The only thing that is holding them back from a 5-star rating is the fact that five days after purchasing the vehicle I had it taken to a Les Schwab for an inspection and they stated that the tires were at 3/32 tread depth, which I was initially told about 4-5/32 at the dealership, and that it needed an alignment too. As a customer, I wish the alignment was taken care of prior to listing the vehicle because of the side-effects it has on the tires, brakes, and overall safety. For the tires being at 3/32 tread depth, I should've looked into more and addressed it with the dealership prior to signing so that was on me, but I wish the dealership took a little more initiative to working on a resolution for this since the limited warranty only covers the tires being at or under 2/32 tread. Overall, Nick and Ernie exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer satisfaction, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle to work with them. As long as you do your research, come in with an open mind, and are patient, then you'll have a great time working with them!

We love our beautiful RDX. Evo was great. Only three weeks on the job. Finance Manager did a great job of explaining everything. Disappointed that the Sales Manager could not come out of his glass office and thank us for the purchase.

I wanted a very specific hard to find car and they found me one in a few weeks. Worked out a decent deal and I left very happy that I chose to work with Dick Hannah Acura.

Everyone was great, but dealing with Ernie definitely made my decision to purchase here.
