I was told my car was fine and they topped it off with oil after the oil consumption test. I just put on 3000 miles since the test and went through 3 qts of oil. I called you guys yesterday and the lady I talked to told me that I was supposed to keep coming back for 2 more tests to complete the procedure. I was not told to come back after the first test. She said it passed the test and topped off oil and that was the end of it. Acura says there is a consumption issue and they want all of these maintenance records which is fine. I have a book where I wrote down every time I changed oil and filter as I do everything myself. I just don’t understand why I went through 3 qts of oil in 3000 miles after you guys tell me my car is ok. I’m not satisfied with the out come of the test. Bogus. Can anybody explain why I’m using that much oil? I just wish to have the car repaired as Acura knew there was a manufacturer defect of some what or they would still be making the 3.7 liter v6. I love my car, I just knew that I was using too much oil as I told you guys when I came in for the test. thanks for reading my complaint, Bob

Jonny was a great help! He was very knowledgeable and showed me all the features of the Acura RDX. He took me on along test drive to let me drive in various road conditions to see how the car handled. After the sale he followed up with me to answer any questions I might have about the car's technology, etc.
