As I always experience at Acura of Portland, Robert delivered an outstanding experience. Everything was taken care of, and Robert kept great communication throughout the service. We didn't end up needing it, but Robert did offer us a loaner car since the service took a little longer than originally expected. Over the years, I have been to many different dealerships, and Acura of Portland has been the best I have been to. My wife is a dedicated Acura buyer, and her next vehicle will be an Acura. This is due to the excellent service we have always received. The only reason I will not be purchasing one for my next vehicle is I drive a truck, which Acura does not offer. Long story short, I HIGHLY recommend Acura of Portland.

We recently called this dealership to ask about a very specific new Acura we saw they had in their inventory online. After much discussion over the phone and even agreeing to a price, we drove all the way down from Washington to purchase it. When we arrived, we were told, oops, they did not have that particular vehicle in stock. You can imagine our disappointment. They said there were none like what we'd asked for around for a dealership swap but that they had a similar one (different color). You can imagine we were disappointed, after a 2 1/2 hour drive there. We ended up purchasing the one they had there. The salesman who completed our transaction was very polite and professional. There have been a couple of issues with the vehicle, so we have to take it in to be fixed but have found a dealership closer to us so we don't have to make that drive again. All in all, not overly impressed with this Acura dealership...expect to be treated more professionally and end up with a vehicle with no issues when buying a high end vehicle but that was not the case.
