Rob went above and beyond by first recommending that we take our car to the Honda dealer instead -= because the issue should be covered by an extended warranty required by the Federal Government if the issue is related to the emissions system. Then he agreed to take our car across the streethimself and talk to their technician, saving my one-car household from needing to ride the bus or take a car service way out of our neighborhood! And, he kept in contact all day to let us know what was happening. This is non-traditional service, but makes me appreciate him, and the dealership even more. Thank you.

I have dealt with Hanna Acura of Portland for over 30 years. Because of the service I have received over the years from the service department and the new car sales I have no reason to go elsewhere. I have had nothing but pleasant contact with the personnel, no matter what department I am dealing with at the time. Chances are I will buy my fourth Acura from them and have it serviced there also.
