The internet salesperson was nice and made sure that the car I wanted to see was ready for me when I arrived. Of course, once I was ready to buy the car, his “manager” pulled out the usual “good cop/bad cop” car salesman game and they sprung it on me that they were actually charging OVER the MSRP for the car. Seriously!?! It was ridiculous. I knew the car would be close to MSRP but never have I heard of a dealership raising the price over MSRP. It was obvious that they had hid that detail on purpose so the whole situation felt shady and dishonest.

Low key no pressure experience with a group of experienced professionals
