Crew did great, I was very pleased to see that Jonny was able to get my interest rate to come down over 2% from the first contract. Will and Jonny were both easy to work with and I would not mind going back to get another car from them again. It was nice to go to a car dealer and not feel like I was being pressured into buying something. I will recommend this dealer to friends and family and I will also recommend to talk with William and Jonny.

We love the RDX--great automobile. Evo did a great job. Only three weeks on the job. Gabriel was great. We were disappointed that the Sales Manager never came out to thank us. He saw us several times after talking with us--selling the finance offer. We purchased a new Lexus RX 350 this year. They took our picture with a ribbon on the car---everyone came out and thanked us . In their service department they have soft drinks, water, donuts and snacks . This is our third Acura. The Acura dealer in Pleasanton California was the same as Lexus in Portland. Great customer service.

Acura staff was great to work with. Had to wait longer to sign than I’d like but that was because the store was busy, so a good problem to have for the store. The vehicle definitely could’ve been detailed better. The glass and wheels were very poorly washed. Overall good experience, will recommend to family and friends.

Scott was very helpful with the purchase of an Acura RDX. He is very knowledgeable and showed me how to set everything up. Nick made sure things went smoothly with the purchase and items I requested to be installed or repaired. Johnny (special) handled the paperwork efficiently. Great service

Let me drive a car home 3 hours away and mail them a check the next day. Paperwork was pretty quick and painless. Completed about half of it while watching football in their lounge. A couple days later they sent someone in a loaner car while they brought mine back for an oil change and full detail that didn't get done before I drove it off the lot. Returned it the next day gleaming and with a full tank of fuel. You always come away from these situations hoping you could have saved more $ but these guys raised my view of car dealerships overall.
