Took my car in for recommended service. Always a very pleasant experience from the rap to the waiting area. Car done sooner than expected.

I drop my car off about timing belt recall and oil change. So the letter told me will take 30 min to 3 hours. But the dealer told me take around 6 hours. But after 2:59pm I text them to see if it ready for me to pick it up. Nope, and no one even call me or text me to let me know the status. So almost 7 pm I received a text that my car is ready to pick up. That 11 hours.

Always given an estimate time of being done and recieve text messages when finish. Option for car wash.
