We were extremely happy with the 100k service performed on our MDX. Our service representative kept in touch throughout the process and made everything as easy as possible, including a loaner car. We purchased our car from this dealership and will definitely continue to have it serviced here.

Service was excellent, service manager explained the maintenance work to me, the time estimates and made recommendations for next maintenance.

The communication was severely lacking. I was told that nothing was wrong with my car but since I got it back , miraculously it operates now the way it should be and as designed to operate.
