It has been a while ago since my last visit. But I remember being satisfied. You gave me a loaner. I requested an RDX since I was in the market for a midsized SUV. But non seemed to be available. I was given a small sedan. The work done was satisfactory and done on time.

Service was prompt and done on time. The car was washed and ready to go. No problems.

As I always experience at Acura of Portland, Robert delivered an outstanding experience. Everything was taken care of, and Robert kept great communication throughout the service. We didn't end up needing it, but Robert did offer us a loaner car since the service took a little longer than originally expected. Over the years, I have been to many different dealerships, and Acura of Portland has been the best I have been to. My wife is a dedicated Acura buyer, and her next vehicle will be an Acura. This is due to the excellent service we have always received. The only reason I will not be purchasing one for my next vehicle is I drive a truck, which Acura does not offer. Long story short, I HIGHLY recommend Acura of Portland.
