Excellent work and wonderful customer service!

The detailing was very meticulous but I brought it in because a passenger spilled cream in my back seat which poured into the seatbelt areas on the side and down into the floor board. The dealership refused to lift the carpet and get it out where is settled under the flooring. The smell still showed up once the cream reached the end of it’s fresh window. I had to take care of it myself with baking soda and enzymes. I’m only hoping it wont rear up this spring when it starts to get warm out.

I'm very pleased with how my car looks after having it detailed at Dick Hannah. In addition, the staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful and courteous. I appreciated the courtesy ride to and from my home after dropping off the car. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
