Quick and excellent

I may have had too high expectations for the final results of an exterior detailing where paint was an issue. It is probable that I just didn't hear what I was being told, but after seeing what the results of the initial work, and then the better results of a re-buffing, I'm wondering why the re-buffing wasn't done in the first place. I have a beautifully done vehicle, done to the extent available, but had to go through the disappointment first.

Shawn and Tyler were both super helpful. Shawn especially, because on the front end when I dropped my car off, he was willing to help me navigate getting a rental car for the day. It made all the difference for me and I had had to cancel 4 appts prior to this because I just could not arrange a ride or a car (okay... I could uber, but I needed a car). He made my day!
