Josh was great to work with, kept me updated on work progress. Brought car in to express service due to horrible smell coming from vents, found mouse infestation in air filter system. Rather than making me make an appointment to come back since I didn’t have one, which is what I was expecting, josh and your service people immediately took the car into the shop. Again I can’t say enough about how great your people were in their response to my situation. Your use of using Lyft service to get me home and back again was also much appreciated. By the way my car now smells great, we couldn’t have driven it another day the way it was.
