This was my very first time buying a car from a large dealership; I had a bad experience with a smaller used car dealer. My bank informed me that Dick Hannah dealership would take good care of me yet still, I hesitated. I went to Dick Hannah dealership last week "just to see about a Kia Soul that was advertised". I wanted to see how it might fit me physically since I've always owned minivans. Matt Favre, met me outside the building as I drove up and he was so kind and helpful in my venture to check out vehicles. I felt no 'pressure' whatsoever to purchase a new car that day. Instead, Matt helped make the experience a very calming one. He listened to my concerns and gently helped me figure out a car that met my needs and my budget. Then he helped make it a possibility to get good financing terms that fit within my budget. Once I had all of the facts to ponder upon, I considered going home to determine my budget and the real numbers but felt confident I could manage the payments. Matt helped get my new car to my home that evening and then within a few days helped get me a few little items I asked about and answer some other questions for me. I love my new car [2008 Honda CR-V]. We took our first outing up to Mt Hood this weekend and she drove beautifully and I felt so comfortable driving all day. Thank You!

My car looks fantastic! I’m so pleased with how detailed they did in removing the hair from my golden to the snacks that went to go and die in the backseat my 2 year old left there. Thank you so much!!! The most incredible thing is the headlights didn't even look like my old ones. They looked brand new!!!
