Unfortunately I was not impressed with the detail work done on our Truck. After paying for a FULL service detail, my husband and I had high expectations toward this “complete” service. Yes it was quite a hand full of a job, but that’s where I expected more communication in regards of what could and could not get done on a “full service” for a vehicle like the one I brought in. The reason why after this experience I am still giving a 5 Star is due to the experience I had with Tino, the manager; he heard me out, asked questions to confirm why I wasn’t satisfied with the work and revised all the points that should have happened before giving me options on what he could do to make things right and give my husband and I, a better experience. I truly appreciate him and the fact that he expressed empathy towards what a big deal it really was for us to get this truck detailed for a special occasion, of course I don’t expect miracles on a truck that isn’t new, but he surely did see the efforts done and what could be done to improve this type of service. Again, I appreciate a manager that can ask questions and revise work like he did. For this reason I can say, hopefully the next person may have a better experience with the work done on their vehicle than I did (:
