This was a great experience from the second I walked in the door. Kim welcomed me in promptly addressed my concerns and had my vehicle ready so fast I didn't have time to finish my soda I got from the waiting area.

I bought a KIA Sportage with a scratch on the rear passenger door. After a few months I finally got around to getting it to the dealership. I was nervous because it had been several weeks since I had purchased it. Once I arrived at the dealership I started to apologize for taking so long but was told no problem and escorted to the detailing department where they buffed out the scratch in about an hour. I had no appointment. We were given bottled water and walked around the showroom. Everyone was helpful and friendly. No appointment but everything went great as if I did have one. Thanks for this outstanding service!!!.
