I've been having my 1993 Grand Cherokee Limited detailed at Hannah's every yr.on it's anniversary date since we bought it when they were downtown on Washington Street. They also detailed my wife's Lexus RX350 today and did a great job on it again.They also have detailed my BMW. But they do all the service on the Jeep the others see their dealers for service. There are full services available if you need them.

The service of the detailed interiors was impressive with being able to remove the dog hair. As for the in-person vehicle check out was not impressive. She did not go over the work that was completed. When asking questions of the print out bill she did not explain. I asked for the pricing for the detail interior clean & she stated look on the 2nd page. I had to review the print out. The detail cleaning was on the 1st page. She did not go over the light replacement, that I was charged. I wasn’t notified of the light replacement and still don’t know what light was replaced. There was no sticker on the front windshield top left corner for the oil change reminder. She did not go with me to inspect the vehicle. She handed me the keys to go look on my own. Then came back to check out to complete payment. The level of customer service was horrible with knowing paying a higher price verses going to an oil change vendor which would be lower cost. With that experience, I would not return for future services and will go elsewhere.
