Ms Kaylee is an extremely perceptive professional. The moment I stepped into the space, my sense was her full attention was upon me. She took me through a number of scenarios to obtain the best unit for my vehicle. Then I was introduced to Jared. We spent time in the sound rooms for me to hear samples. After a while we then configured units; high end to low end. this was a learning experience I didn't anticipate. Neither pressured me. Both supported my neophyte status: I know nothing about audio. But... when you have content experts guiding the process, trust is secured. I appreciate the patience and respect from the team.
