Great for reaching out on availability of car. Customer Service was great. Two areas that could be improved: clarity of discontinued features (folding mirrors) was not on sticker that they had been removed from car. Second, cross checking of VIN on documentation. Quickly resolved. Could be avoided next time.

I actually wasn't expecting much from going in to try and fix a large scratch on my door because it was so large. They exceeded my expectations.
