You really need to give Zach a huge raise and a bonus or two. He keeps me informed on everything going on with the car and is consistently pleasant to work with. I can go to much closer shops for service but Zach keeps me returning to Dick Hannah Subaru for every service since I purchased the car in 2015. Outstanding customer service that I can trust.

My wife and I have recently move to Redmond OR, a city 3 1/2 hours away from Dick Hanna Honda. My customer service representative, Tammy Turnbull, was spectacular. She treated me with respect, listened well, and resolved all issues I had with my Honda. On top of that, when she learned I had planned to spend the entire day at the dealership, Tammy arranged with her supervisor for me to have a complementary dealership car. This allowed me to take care of other things I had to do while in town. I can’t say enough good things about Tammy. She personifies the Dick Hanna goal of being nice to their customers.
