Quick and easy car buying experience

Everyone was very friendly and I was greeted and checked in right away. I was disappointed that I ended up leaving the car overnight. Also, was not contacted to let me know I had 2 back lights out and needed a clean cabin air filter. I was told when I was paying. I decided to have the air filter and back lights installed. I had to wait close to another hour to get the car. Also, this is the first time I did not receive a loyal customer discount on the full bill.

The vehicle looked great once completed. An awesome job and a great price. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because of the following. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:30 am and was told it would be ready by 4:30. At 5:30 I never received a call so I went over to pick it up since they close at 6. When I arrived I was told that my vehicle would not be some for another hour. Now, they stayed open to finish it, which is greatly appreciated. With a little more communication this still would have been a 5 star even with the delay.
