Chris really saved my bacon when we realized the issue wasn’t a part covered under my extended warranty.Long story short there was a misdiagnosis with another dealership that led me to postpone until convenient the repairs and ultimately when we realized what components were bad the cost for parts exceeded 1600$.Chris recognized the situation and suggested I reach out to Subaru of America to see if they could help me out.Ultimately that suggestion saved me $1000 which is huge considering that I wasnt expecting to pay anything and I’m not necessarily flush with cash..Long story short Chris knew his stuff, accurately predicted the issue, provided exceptional customer service, saved me $1000 and was a responsive, timely and professional the entire time.After this visit I plan to do all of my Subaru business with your dealership, thank you.
